Professional and Organisational Development
The Professional and Organisational Development (POD) team’s purpose is to support the University to achieve its strategic aims by enabling our people to be the best they can. We do this by working collaboratively with leaders, managers and staff to:
- Enhance performance of staff members, teams and ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ as an organisation
- Develop people and leadership capability,
- Create pride and belonging with ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ employees
POD is part of Human Resource Development (HRD) which incorporates Human Resources, Organisational Development, and Reward and Wellbeing.
