Olwyn Alexander
Olwyn worked at ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ for over 20 years in the English for Academic Purposes department. She trained hundreds of students ahead of commencing ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ degrees. She established the pre-sessional English courses as one of the best examples in the UK and, in her final year before retirement, turned the face-to-face course into an online delivery course and was recognised for the financial contribution this made to the University during COVID-19.
